Drawing on our head pastry chefs 16 years’ experience working overseas, as well as aboard the QE2 and opening the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Berlin, Germany as head pastry chef, this input can prove really useful!
From large cakes (28 cm/14 slices) to individual desserts,tarts and cocktail sized sweet delights, everything that leaves our bakery is prepared to the highest standards of quality
We will gladly make orders according to your specifications. Whether you’re needing black cherry and cinnamon pie, strawberry vanilla brulee, bitter mousse-filled dark chocolate triangles or crispy orange and almond tuilles, the possibilities are endless!
Everything at Cakes & Desserts is made to order and 90% of our cakes are freezable, affording you the convenience of serving on demand. If refrigerated between 1°C – 3°C, our products have a shelf-life of approximately five days.
Orders placed by 11 am can be delivered the following day (Cape peninsula only). We deliver twice a week or daily subject to a minimum order of R700.
