All our breads are all baked fresh to order . They are made with stoneground flour and contain only the ingredients bread should have: flour, water, salt and yeast as basic ingredients.
There are NO added preservatives, no improvers or added enzymes. no artificial additives of any kind.
Please be advised we need a minimum of 48hours leadtime for our breads.
